Be careful with ham though.... it is one of the deli meats that often has a form of sugar baked into it. (typically molasses) Ask the deli manager for a nutritional information sheet on the content of the foods behind the counter. I believe they are required to have that available now.

I've tried that before. It's fast, easy and yummy!

I also make variations of ham wraps but this one sounds particularly tasty. The honey cured ham may be a no-no on SBD but this is one rule I choose to overlook occasionally.

I get prepackaged ham at Costco, take seeds out of pepperocinis, chop them in a small food processor and mix with the cream cheese, spread on ham and roll up. OMG soo good and not too spicy for this wimp. :)

If you use a whole pickle slice it up into wheels and it looks really nice. You can also forgo the pickle and use the onion an chive creams cheese or just use fresh chives w/ the cream cheese.
