Grilled Shrimp with Pasta

Shrimp smothered in a hot tomato pasta sauce.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Add onions and garlic and sauté for a few minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms. Cook for a few more minutes.
  3. Add canned tomatoes, hot chili pepper, salt and oregano. Simmer until tomatoes are tender.
  4. Add peppers just before ready to serve as peppers should be crisp.
  5. Heat up shrimp and add to saucepan. Simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Serve over pasta or serve alone with garlic bread.
