Directions
- Wash mushrooms, peel and slice zucchini and eggplant into long strips.
- Marinate at least 2 hours in the low fat Italian dressing.
- Grill on charcoal or gas grill until brown.
- Note: mushrooms should be placed on skewers for ease of grilling.
