Grilled Chicken with Mushrooms and Peas
Delicious recipe that works for Phase II of the Fat Smash Diet.
Ingredients
Directions
- Season chicken breast with rosemary, parsley and olive oil.
- Grill chicken until white or cooked thoroughly.
- In a large steam pot, steam peas until semi soft.
- Sauté mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of olive oil in saucepan until brown.
- Put peas on plate once steamed. Place grilled chicken over peas. Smother chicken with mushrooms.
