German Potato Salad
A low fat version of an old fashioned favorite.
Ingredients
Directions
- Boil the halved new potatoes until tender.
- In a large bowl, add chopped onion and celery to drained potatoes.
- Mix tablespoon of Dijon mustard with low fat mayonnaise; mix into potatoes.
- Add a pinch of fleur de sel or good salt and ground pepper and mix again.
- Serve warm.
