Just a reminder...only 4 egg whites per day in phase one....this recipe would need to be cut down.

i feel like im wasting the egg yolk! lol :P its the best bit! even though i know its the bit with the calories.
For breakfast today i whisked up 2 egg whites, then folded in the 2 yolks and half a tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce, then cooked it as you would an omelette. it was only 210 calories :) and it was yummmyyyyyy! made a nice hot breakfast!

Tried this recipe. Good source of protein, low carbs and fat, great meal for my challenge (HUNGRY NO MORE II). I knew egg whites were bland so I did add the hot sauce, extra pepper and (my favorite) 2 tsp catsup. I did tho only use 1 large plum tomato, 2 just seemed a lot. Will use again, especially since I am trying to up my protein to over 75g.

I spray coat a microwavable dish with olive oil spray. Use Egg Beaters. I love veggies so I used a whole 10 oz bag of steamable veggies pre cooked.Microwave egg for about two minutes then put in veggies. Use some lemon pepper for taste. You can eat th whole thing and still come in at under 300 calories!
