Egg White Omelet with Tomatoes

Just a simple omelet with egg whites and tomatoes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fry 6 egg whites in a teflon pan with no oil.
  2. While the eggs are cooking dice two good size tomatoes.
  3. Plate the egg when its is done and toss the tomatoes on top.
  4. Season with hot sauce and pepper to taste.
