Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve (drizzled with olive oil, if desired) with pita chips.

Reviews 
I would have 1/4 of it for 1.5 points on blue. With pita type bread(2 pt) and some shredded carrots it would make a nice lunch for 4 points.

Bought something similar already made up in the store and it showed 80 calories per Tablespoon--which is more than salad dressing!
