Easy to make curried eggs that are great for a salad. Also known as 'Hurry Curry'.

  1. Mash all the ingredients together.
  2. Spread over a dark green leafy simple salad. You can add a little parsley or chives.

Sounds yummy. Can use low fat or fat free mayo nad put on top of a salad....MMMMMMM!
