Simple tasty salad with an olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing.

Directions
- In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, onions, and cucumber with the olive oil and red wine vinegar
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Let stand for approximately 15 minutes. Toss again and serve.
- Tip: you may serve this crisp salad chilled as well.
