Crustless Spinach & Feta Pie
Easy breakfast, side or main dish, good hot or cold.
Ingredients
Directions
- Saute onions and garlic in olive oil, let cool.
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Spray 10" pie pan with cooking spray.
- Add mixture to pie pan.
- Bake in 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 45 minutes.
- Note: herbs and other vegetables such as mushrooms can be added if available.
