Crock Pot Ranch Chicken

An easy, one step meal that cooks itself.

Directions

  1. Pour water in bottom of crockpot.
  2. Add frozen chicken breasts.
  3. Combine marinade, ranch dressing mix and pour over top of chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve.

Love this! This was actually my first time cooking chicken breasts in the crock pot and I'm really happy with how they turned out. I love it when recipes are easy to make and still taste delicious! I paired this with a light baby spinach salad, very yummy!

I found "KC Masterpiece Garlic and Herb Marinade." Comes in a bottle. Look it up on the internet to see what it looks like. Haven't made this yet.

Cooking chicken in a crockpot this long is a bad idea. It came out pretty dry and had very poor texture.

This was very good. I could only do 3 breast to fit in the crock pot and only cooked it 5 hours. It was done and plenty tender. This is be a repeat.
