Cajun style fish and rice dish that is sure to please.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400° F (200° C) and spray baking sheet.
- Cover both sides of fish with creole seasoning, then salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- To cooked rice, add tomatoes, cilantro, creole seasoning and garlic powder
- Continue cooking rice mix on low until fish is cooked, stirring occasionally and adding water if needed to keep from stick to bottom of pan.
- Enjoy.
