Creole Tilapia

Cajun style fish and rice dish that is sure to please.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400° F (200° C) and spray baking sheet.
  2. Cover both sides of fish with creole seasoning, then salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  4. To cooked rice, add tomatoes, cilantro, creole seasoning and garlic powder
  5. Continue cooking rice mix on low until fish is cooked, stirring occasionally and adding water if needed to keep from stick to bottom of pan.
  6. Enjoy.
