Directions
- Heat oil on low-medium flame in a medium sauce pan.
- Add mushrooms, red pepper and zucchini.
- Cook till vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Lower temperature and add cream cheese, milk, oregano and salt.
- Stir frequently till cream cheese is melted.
- Add parmesan and pasta.
- Serve hot.
