Creamy Baked Oatmeal

Homemade baked oatmeal with raisins, cinnamon, brown sugar and pecans.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour into a sprayed 8x8" baking pan or pie plate.
  3. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30 minutes.
  4. Optional: Top with fruits.
  5. Note: any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and warmed in a microwave.

For those of you following WW Points Plus system, this is actually a 7 point recipe which is still pretty good.

Very good. Just omit the brown sugar if you're following Simeon's Protocol Phases 2-3. Tip - substitute coconut milk for the skim milk. Coconut milk is 65% medium chain triglyceride fats.. easier for our body to burn.

Wonderful tasting. I had to substitute crasins and almonds but I would make it that way again.

Very good recipe! I made it for breakfast this morning and my family really liked it...imagine, my 8 yr old that hates oatmeal actually ate some and liked it :)! The pecans did the trick :)!! I didn't use water...I just used 3 cups of fat free milk...AWESOME recipe!
