Creamy Avocado Dip
Light and creamy dip for chips and also a spread for wraps, burritos, chimi's and any other Mexican side dish.

Directions
- Remove pit and scoop out Haas avocado; mash.
- Add sour cream, chives and fresh squeezed lemon juice.
- Mix together until nicely blended.
- Chill. Ingredients can easily be doubled for parties.
- Keep refrigerated and enjoy.
