Ingredients
Directions
- Brown ground beef and onions. Drain and place in large bowl.
- Sauté corn and chile peppers together until tender. place in bowl with beef mixture.
- Add cream of mushroom soup and hash browns to mix and stir together.
- Cook at 375 °F (190 °C) for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.

My aunt made this before but she used sausage instead of beef. It was amazing!

Surely there is a type on the amount of hashbrowns. Really, only 2 oz's of hashbrowns (only 1/4 cup)?

I added extra hashbrowns and a can of diced tomatoes and the result was a very bland dish. Definitely needed more green chilies and more spices in general.
