Directions

- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together.

- Stir in the coconut and make form into dough.
- Bake in oven at 350 °F (175 °C) until done, about 8-12 minutes.
- Dust cookies with a white sugar for a nice coating.
