I thought I did a fat flush search. No part of this is good for fat flush!

Well technically the only sweeterer allowed is stevia plus, and technically the spray butter is not allowed and technically I think ezekiel bread is only allowed on phase 2 not phase 1 so technically I would have to say this recipe is not good for the fat flush plan phase 1.

well techically you don't have to be so technical. this is a good recipe for phase 2 or 3 since it is whole wheat bread. you can use splenda for the sweetner and maybe add some berries.
