Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins

This is a tasty, gluten free muffin recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. Melt together honey and coconut oil by placing in microwave together for 20 seconds and whisk.
  3. Whisk in cocoa powder and peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Whisk in eggs and baking soda.
  5. Pour into muffin tin, lined or greased.
  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes until done.
  7. Note: butter can be used instead of coconut oil.

Can really taste the chocolate and peanut butter in this muffin. You didn't say what to do with the chocolate chips. I added them to the melt and the result was delicious!
