Ingredients
Directions
- Fry bacon and chop into pieces. Set aside. Reserve a teaspoon or so of the grease.
- Chop cabbage, mushrooms, and green onion while bacon is cooking. Add to bacon grease. Fry until vegetables are soft. Set aside.
- Whisk eggs and scramble. Add vegetable mixture and bacon to the eggs and mix together. Sprinkle pepper and add soy sauce.
- Enjoy!
