Chinese Cucumber Salad

Sweet, tangy & spicy salad.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix cucumber with garlic and salt. Let it sit for 20 minutes to marinate.
  2. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  3. Mix with sugar, vinegar and red chili to taste. Let it sit for 5 hours to marinate or more.
  4. Enjoy!
