Spicy beef chili with macaroni makes the perfect meal in a bowl.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cook macaroni according to directions.
- While pasta is cooking, brown beef with chili powder .
- Add diced tomatoes and green chilies (like Ro-tel), stewed tomatoes and pinto beans.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Combine pasta and beef mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Optional: top with sour cream or cheddar cheese.

This recipe as is needs a few extra spices to make it more like the tradtional Chili-Mac and give it more flavor.

This was really good, really easy to make. I did add a few more spices, cuman, garlic powder, pepper, little salt and more chili powder. (We like hot food) It was great. We topped it with cheddar and sour cream.

I agree with The Next Number and Spursgrrl. It would greatly help if we knew what a serving size for any of the recipes are.
That aside this recipe does sound good and I can not wait to try it.
