Chicken Tortilla Soup III
A delicious and versatile soup.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cook chicken and shred.
- Heat oil in pan and add chopped onion, lime juice, garlic, chili powder and cumin and chicken. Cook 2 minutes.
- Add broth, salsa and corn. Stir. Cover and boil. Reduce heat to medium-high and continue to cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve topped with cheese, avocado and tortilla chips.
