Chicken Pasta with Cream sauce
This is so yummy. I have adapted my favorite to be more WW friendly.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut chicken in bite size pieces. Put half of the chicken broth in a pot and add chicken, cook until no longer pink.
- Add the remaining chicken broth, cream cheese and chopped garlic, stir frequently to melt cream cheese.
- Once cream cheese is melted, add spinach.
- Cook pasta separately and add to pasta after the spinach.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters and add last.
- Let stand for a few minutes to thicken. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

According to my point calculator it is 9 points? How did you get the 6 points (because that number is much more desirable!) :)

6 or 9 it sounds really good.. I'll just eat a smaller portion and have a big serving of vegetables with it!

Holy cow this is great but the portion was WAY to much food. it was good and I used 1/3 less fat parmesan cheese and some tomatoe basil seasoning I liked it but the portion was just way to much for me so I will have another helping tomarrow.

Dreamfields has a low carb pasta that tastes good and helps to cut the points a little. This is the only pasta I will eat now.
