Chicken and Herb Salad

A refreshing chicken, herb and mayonnaise salad to serve with lettuce as a roll up or in a sandwich.

Directions

  1. Cut up cooked chicken into bit sizes pieces.
  2. Combine chicken with all the other ingredients.
  3. Divide into three servings and store in refrigerator.
  4. Add to lettuce and roll up to enjoy a low carb chicken roll up or sandwich.
