Cheesy Chicken Quesadilla
Chicken and cheese quesadilla with cheese, sour cream and salsa.

Directions
- Sprinkle chicken with cumin and cook for 20 minutes in 350 °F (175 °C) oven over foil-lined baking sheet.
- Spray tortilla with non-fat cooking spray. Top tortilla with cheese, chicken, and tomato.
- Cook quesadilla over medium heat in large skillet.
- Cut into 4 pieces, and top with sour cream and salsa.
