Filling savory muffins that are great with a salad or for breakfast.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine the olive oil, eggs, and milk in a medium sized bowl.
- In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and dry Ranch dressing seasoning mix.
- Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the wet mixture. Set aside.
- Cut the cheddar cheese into small cubes.
- Generously spray muffin tins with Pam. Put a tablespoon of batter into the bottom of the muffin tins.
- Put several cheese cubes on top of the batter and then cover the cheese cubes with another tablespoon of batter.
- Bake at 400° F (200° C) for 15 to 20 minutes.

Got procssed flour and dairy which in itself would disqualify it for Phase 1 FF diet (not sure about ranch seasoning and baking powder).

These are so good! They are definitely my new dinner roll to take to holidays! Next time I will try to use a little less of the dry Ranch because it was a little salty and maybe shredded cheese instead of cubes. I think then they will be really close to Red Lobster's!

Just made these with shredded cheese instead of cubed cheese, and they are VERY similar to the ones at Red Lobster!!
