This faux rice dish can be made into Chinese style rice, Spanish, or even curried.

Directions
- Rice cauliflower in food processor.
- Heat oil, add vegetables and seasonings.
- When a bit translucent, push to side and crack and scramble egg on clear side.
- Drag vegetables through.
- Season with soy or ginger dressing, curry powder, or other spices (adding salsa makes a quick Spanish rice).
