Directions
- Dice onion.
- Shred cabbage.
- Add diced tomatoes.
- Add tomato paste.
- Add water.
- Add stock cubes and salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring to boil and cook for one hour.

I made this soup last night. I wasn't sure how much a cube of chicken stock was, so I just eyeballed it. Also, to cut the sodium, I used no salt added tomato paste and low sodium chicken stock. Thanks for the recipe! :-)

I used three boullion cubes, onion, a tablespoon of corn, 1/3 cabbage and diced tomatoes with garlic. DELISH!

Made this last week and it was delicious. I used liquid chicken stock instead of water and cubes and I skipped the tomato paste. Added a few other veges and a pound of ground turkey. Basically ended up like a pasta sauce with lots of veges. I served it over spaghetti squash all week.

so so good...ate this for lunch every day...today will make a new batch and adding mushrooms and a little chicken breast...

Thought this was really good but added a lot of chilli so would have changed the taste a bit. Will use a lot less onions next time and maybe add other veg.
