Blueberry Pancakes with Syrup
Perfect blueberry breakfast pancakes.
Ingredients
Directions
- Beat eggs with buttermilk and melted butter.
- Combine the dry with wet into lumpy batter, being careful not to over mix.
- Heat non-stick pan with a little butter and spoon 1/4 cup of batter.
- Sprinkle 8-12 blueberries and let cook 2-3 minutes then turn over.
- Serve with blueberry syrup.

There are over 300 carbs in this recipe, breaking it down to at least 22 carbs per serving. A great portion of the daily amount of carbs even for OWL.

While it looks yummy, there are too many ingredients that won't work for most Atkins people on any phase. IF there are over 300 carbs in the full recipe, as Delightb indicates, that means you need to make about 15 pancakes from the recipe and ONE of them will be about 20 net carbs!
