Quick and tasty low calorie stir fry.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a wok or large pan, pour in the olive oil and heat.
- Add beef and brown.
- Once the meat is browned, add frozen stir-fry vegetables. Continue to cook over medium high heat until the vegetables are defrosted.
- After the vegetables are no longer frozen, add the soy sauce and continue to cook until the vegetables are at the desired tenderness.

Just tonight was able to cook this. Very nice. I did jazz up the spices as I like the kick. It's higher calorically for me as we eat larger portions. Loved it.

I could diet forever with tasty main dishes like this one! :)
We added a few green onions, ginger, and red pepper flakes... also used no-fat, lower cal vegetables than what is listed in the recipe ingredients list - which made the huge serving of stirfry about 175 cals and 5 grams of fat! It was great served over brown rice too.
