An easy way to make cabbage rolls.
Ingredients
Directions
- Brown ground beef in frying pan and drain.
- Add pepper, garlic and chili powder to pan (and any other spices you wish to add as well).
- Add cabbage to pan.
- Add beef broth to pan.
- Add rice to pan.
- Mix all items together and simmer on low for about 5 minutes.
