I have been on the South Beach diet for 3 days. I was craving red meat. I found this recipe and tried it the same day. It is delicious. The sauce is great for the summer!

Yum, I loved this sauce! Everything about this meal just hit the spot for me. However, I could only fit about 1/2 of a cucumber in the sauce. Might double the sauce next time.

This was simple to make. Everyone loved it, even those who aren't on the same diet as me. The dill sauce for the burgers was fantastic!
