Green and blue salad with dry roasted edamame for a protein punch.
Ingredients
Directions
- Rinse salad greens and place in large bowl.
- Rinse blueberries and add to salad greens.
- Add in dry roasted edamame, feta, beans, broccoli, olive oil, vinegar, and seasonings to taste.
- Toss and enjoy!
