An incredibly hearty and delicious bean soup, perfect to cook in advance and pull out for nights when you don't feel like making dinner.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on high 3 hours, turn down to low.
- Cook 6-8 hours or until beans are done.
- Serve with a dash (or 3!) of hot sauce and enjoy.
- Note: this keeps and freezes beautifully and is a great go-to lunch to take to work.

Looks good, but I've never seen or heard of "dried 15 bean soup mix" as I don't live in the US. Could you please suggest an alternative?
