Basic Bread

No grains, no dairy, no sugar.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a food processor combine flours, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add egg yolks, melted butter, sweetener and vinegar. Mix well.
  3. Beat 5 whites until soft peaks form. Pour whites into flour mixture and mix well with processor.
  4. Bake 45 minutes at 350 °F (175 °C) or until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Note: try adding garlic salt, cinnamon, Parmesan or herbs.
