Directions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, cut bananas into bowl and mix, then add flour, baking soda, and vanilla. Mix in chopped nuts, if desired.
- Grease and fill regular loaf pan 1/2 full. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 °F (175 °C).
- Note: you can use this recipe and substitute applesauce for butter, sweetener (like Splenda) for sugar, and egg whites egg beaters for eggs.
