Balsamic Vinegar Vegetable Blend with Bell Peppers

Balsamic flavored yummy mixed vegetables.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut vegetables into small bite size pieces.
  2. Spray pan with cooking spray (like Pam).
  3. Sauté minced garlic over medium heat for 30 seconds or so.
  4. Add vegetables, seasonings, water and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Stir to coat vegetables.
  6. Cover pan with lid and steam for 10-15 minutes until just tender. Stir occasionally.
