Balsamic Vinegar Vegetable Blend with Bell Peppers
Balsamic flavored yummy mixed vegetables.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut vegetables into small bite size pieces.
- Spray pan with cooking spray (like Pam).
- Sauté minced garlic over medium heat for 30 seconds or so.
- Add vegetables, seasonings, water and balsamic vinegar.
- Stir to coat vegetables.
- Cover pan with lid and steam for 10-15 minutes until just tender. Stir occasionally.
