Great buttery crisp veggies to snack on that even your kids will love.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Rub the kale with the olive oil to coat and make sure it is fully covered.
- On a cookie sheet, spread a single layer of kale and season with the garlic and onion powder and a light pinch of salt.
- Bake in the oven and watch closely (do not let it go brown as it turns bitter), about 6 minutes.

I've been making these alot (before seeing the recipe here), and it's true, the kids do like it as well! And SO SIMPLE for a light chip like texture.

I liked these alot. I was surprised that my DH liked these as well. However, the kids did not. I did not add onion powder but I'll try that next time. I overdid it on the salt a bit and I used an EVOO mister to cover the kale leaves to make it a bit lighter on the olive oil.
