Avocado and Chicken Gratin
An incredibly easy and delicious gratin.
Ingredients
Directions
- Place the avocado in an ovenproof dish and cover with the chicken.
- Mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise and curry paste to taste.
- Spoon evenly over the chicken.
- Combine the breadcrumbs and almonds and sprinkle over the dish.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 350° F (175° C) for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with a mixed green salad.

This is absolutely gorgeous - my favourite recipe of all at the moment! My husband thought he didn't like avocados before we had this for the first time, but he loves them in this dish. Yummy yummy!
