I havent' had apricot chicken in YEARS. My grandmother used to make this, but she used apricot jam. I'm giving it 5 stars for nostalgia.

I haven't tried this yet as the recipe didn't say what to do with the canned apricots, only the nectar. Did you bake it with the apricots on the chicken or what?

Very different taste. Sweet apricots made me feel like I was eating dessert with dinner.

I loved it! My whole family loved it! Yes, kids too! The ingredients could be altered the if you wanted, but it's great the way it is! I had mine with a cup of brown rice and baby sweet peas!

with a little tweaking, this recipe would be ok for P1 or P2. But as it stands now, it's P3 at best because of the nectar, salt, pepper, and soup mix. Using fresh fruit and P1 spices/herbs would make the recipe A-Ok for all phases. :D
