Directions
- Combine flour, salt baking powder, cinnamon and sugar.
- Add milk and beat to smooth consistency – add oil and egg.
- Peel and grate the apples and stir into batter.
- Cook pancake in hot frypan, turning when bubbles form.
- Drizzle with honey or jam and serve.
