The South Beach plan never uses white flour -- not as far as I know -- not even in Phase III.
Does sound delicious though!
This must be the Betty Crocker diet.

Anyone on Intuitive Eating can eat this. 161 calories for a dessert is fine for many plans actually-it may not be low carb but not everyone is on low carb..... I have been on IE for many months and have lost 30 pounds this way. Sorry that you are on plans that do not allow for this but this may be OK for the plan she is on and for many others.

Many plans involve simple moderation and calorie counting. This would be fine in either of those cases. Not the whole cake but a slice is fine.

Totally got carried away while making this and added too much butter, sugar and only had regular sour cream. At least my boyfriend and co-workers will love it!

Is it just me or does her description of the recipe have about 8 more TBSP of butter than what is listed in the ingredients?
