Baked Chicken with Sauce

The tasty sauce makes this baked chicken tender and delicious.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 175 °C.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine cider vinegar, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste.
  3. Mix in the onion, brown sugar and cayenne pepper.
  4. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat and saute the chicken thighs until browned. Remove from heat and drain.
  5. Arrange chicken in a medium baking dish. Cover with the cider vinegar sauce mixture.
  6. Bake covered for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
