Hitting 180 was a huge milestone for me in my weight loss endeavor. It was a small goal that I set for myself nearly two and a half years ago. I only had to loose 25 pounds at that time. Since then, I have yo-yo'ed all over the place and even got up to 247! The other day when I got on the scale and saw this weight, I felt like I had finally accomplished something. The 66 pounds I lost before that didn't really seem to phase me nor did I really see much of a difference in myself, but when I got on the scale and had finally lost that last pound to get to my first milestone, I finally seemed to see that I have done tremendous things since March of this year when I really started loosing the weight. Today I am starting the Xyngular Ignite system to jumpstart my last 20 pounds. I have been at a stand still for 5 days now and I only have to loose 20 more pounds to get to my goal. When I first set the goal to loose 25 pounds, it was 2 1/2 years ago and I don't want it to be another 2 1/2 years before I make it to 160. The ignite program turns your body into a fat burning machine. As I have gone 68 pounds the old fashioned way, I feel I deserve to step it up this last little bit. I hope that the claim to loose 8-15 pounds is real! Here goes nothing!

I am deployed to Aghanistan so I am not able to follow a 100% RAW diet. I am however, trying to eat clean and still refrain from meat as much as possible. On days I am feeling a little off, I try to have a little slice of ham or some tuna to get some added protein. I really like the Garden of Life protein meal and their organic green food powders. They have been life savers in being well rounded with my food intake. Both are RAW powders that can be added to water or even to almond milk, or coconut milk. I'm also taking daily supplements from DoTerra. Overall I am feeling really healthy!
