Hello! I am a mother of two, married 8 years to my second husband. He's a wonderful man who has struggled with Diabetes, Cancer, and Heart disease for the past 5 years. I don't want to go through the same things he has been going through.
I am a Language Arts teacher for high school grades, which is quite a challenge! It is difficult to find time for myself, but I am challenging myself to make time.
My motto "We only get one shot at life; make it count"

Atkins causing Colon Cancer??!!!!
If there is a concern with colon cancer and this diet,(which Kimkins is a version) then we just need to add fiber. This can be done in the form of capsules every day. We also have to drink plenty of water, but itsn't that true of daily life regardless of what you're eating?

I wish this wasn't as much of a "secret."
Regardless of whether everyone here is a christian, it's still a free country. You have the right to say you are a non believer and post it. Others have the right to say their faith is in Jesus Christ.
This is their "secret to a great life". If you don't like someone's belief, don't re-read it. Move on.

Are diet drinks ok?
Diet Rite doesn't have sodium, which every other diet and regular soft drink does have. You won't be as likely to retain fluid with diet rite compared to others.

Happy I found y'all
I understand about being on your feet. For exercise, try something that doesn't require putting more damage on your feet and legs. How about swimming? Crunches, push-ups, spinning, pilates, yoga? These could help you relax and take the strain off your legs and feet. Good luck.

Alli ????
I used it when it was a prescription. We are told that there are only repercussions when you eat something high in fat while taking the pills; WRONG! It is constant! Don't bother wasting money on alli. For it to work, you have to maintain a low fat diet, exercise, etc....
If you do that anyway....you will lose weight. It's always a gimmick.
