Food Scale
I use a postal scale - totally without batteries or other power devices. It just weighs, and after all, an ounce is an ounce. How often do we get to eat a pound of anything - lol!

Weight ticker on posts
Thanks for your help! Oddly enough, this time when I look at the post, it has updated my weight. Unfortunately, that's the truth - lol. There must just be a serious time delay, because I checked several times this morning, and not! Thanks again!

Weight ticker on posts
Anyone know why my weight ticker thing on my posts is not changing with my added weight entries? It seems stuck on the weight I was when put it on there. I was hoping it would actually be another way to measure/appreciate (me) my own progress. Any ideas? Thanks. Confused

Like a drink?
I'm a big fan of gin and diet tonic. Basically a shot and no cals for the mixer other than the lime accoutrement. I do find that at least on Atkins, I probably should have only one. Learned that the hard way - absolutely lit on two! Enjoy...

Looking for buddies for encouragement
Hi, I've been using my phone app, but am new to the online portion. I'm using my old favorite Atkins, and although it's working, seems to have slowed down with my increased age. I would like buddies as well, especially since I'm a total emotional/boredom eater, but have no idea how to send a buddy request. Thanks for being here. I already feel supported.
