Well, I am back, with a lot of struggles, many things are going on through my life at the moment and my emotions are playing against me. Keep trying to stay focused but i was lucking motivation.
I will not weight myself everyday, this is driving me crazy, next goal is to weight the 25th, to see how I am doing.
Sorry for my absence, normally this means that I am hiding and eating somewhere no-one can see me.
I wish I had more strength. I'm trying to set my motivation on my B-Day in December, so it gives me quite some time to get to my senses and recovering from my unhealthy actual life.

Hello Diet! :)
Back from my holidays, I was too scared to weight myself in, so i will do it, hopefully on Wednesday. I'm so scared i can see my body and notice a weight gain :(.
But this is life and weight for me has always been a yo-yo.

Finally reached my goal of 65 to allow myself going on holidays (never thought it was an achievable goal). Now i have accomplished it, i will try my best to keep carbs low but im sure it wont be an easy task, lets be realistic, its holidays!
But still i am very positive on my 10 kg goal so even when i might be more flexible, the mind is set on taking care of myself (body-heart-mind) So i will take long walks on the beach and empty my mind.

Feeling with more energies and more positive, i will take this slowly, and enjoy a bit more, my deadline in front of me and those 400 grams are stuck with me. So if i dont get to lose them. I will have to accept that for this Friday i have not completed my challenge. I'm not going to cheat by starving myself or over exercising just to move one number.
