I am a mother of a very active 10 month old lil boy. I work pt usually in the am about 6 hours a day. I am going non stop from 3:50am to 9-11pm. It depends on how bad the teething is on an giving night. I am trying to loose the baby weight plus. I know I could work harder at it but it is hard to schedule in a work out in my busy schedule. I don't eat as many calories as I'm supost to isn't that the idea? I've done almost every diet out there. And non of them have worked so I figured y not give this a whirl. I am very serious about loosing the weight! I just need some guidance to help me obtain my goal!!!:)
